Schedule C: Fee schedule

Rates in effect from 1 October 2026. Horse Marketplace may update this Schedule under clause 5.6. Commission includes card and payment processing.

Credits per Listing: Advert 20 credits; Equipment Listing 1 credit; Bookable Listing 1 credit.

Minimum advert Listing prices: horses £100; ponies £100; horseboxes £500; trailers £250; lessons, mobile coaching and arena hire £15 per session.

Service Fee (for information): Buyers pay Horse Marketplace a Service Fee of 5% of the Item Price plus £0.50 per order on Equipment purchases. It is never deducted from your payout and is not charged on Bookings or Adverts.

VAT: Not applicable.

Founding Booking Partner terms #

Founding Booking Partner offer

1. Who it is for. Booking partners we invite who join on the Pay As You Sell plan and accept this offer. One offer per invited business. It cannot be transferred.
   
2. Introductory Rate. For 90 days from the date your first Bookable Listing is approved (the “Introductory Period”), your Commission rate is 1.5% on all Sales and Bookings. No other Commission is charged during the Introductory Period.
   
3. What the 1.5% is for. The 1.5% is a contribution towards card and payment processing, which Horse Marketplace pays on your behalf.
   
4. Changing plan. If you move to a paid Seller Plan during the Introductory Period, the Introductory Rate continues until the period ends.
   
5. When it ends. On founding Booking partner agreed end date, your rate returns automatically to the Commission rate for your Seller Plan in Schedule C (8% on Pay As You Sell). We will remind you at least 14 days before.
   
6. Ending early. We may end the Introductory Period early if you breach the Seller Agreement, including clause 8.1 (taking Bookings off the platform).
